This is an early Tibetan Dharma cabinet. known as the Shmashana Dharma Cabinet. with a wooden structure. predominantly black with red accents. Black-painted Tibetan cabinets are extremely rare. On the front is a full-color painting of the main guardian of Shmashana. with a symmetrical layout depicting a natural and dynamic posture that appears to be both lifting and holding hands. The central part of the cabinet can be opened to store items. and there is a unique protective altar on top. featuring a fierce guardian deity with a crown of five skulls and the Shmashana guardian image.
